Senior SAP CRM Technical Consultant

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions using the SAP CRM module and S/4HANA Service. They will work closely with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance solutions utilizing extensive experience with the SAP CRM module and S/4HANA Service.
  • Apply expertise in MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and the One Order framework for CRM development.
  • Demonstrate strong experience with CRM UI, BOL (Business Object Layer), and GENIL (Generic Interaction Layer) programming.
  • Perform customization and configuration of CRM products.
  • Apply expertise in SAP ABAP concepts, including reports, function modules, data dictionary objects, and object-oriented programming.
  • Implement BADI implementations, actions, interfaces, and proxies for integrations and enhancements.
  • Possess knowledge of business and technical master data within CRM.
  • Gain experience with issue tracing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of CRM applications.
  • Exhibit understanding of S/4HANA concepts, such as CDS views, AMDP, table functions, and SADL exits.
  • Familiarity with HANA Studio, exception aggregation, and WEBIDE.
  • Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP CRM implementation project.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with SAP ABAP.
  • Experience with SAP CRM module and S/4HANA Service.
  • Proven experience in at least one full-cycle SAP CRM implementation project.
  • Expertise in MVC architecture and One Order framework.
  • Strong experience with CRM UI, BOL/GENIL programming.
  • Hands-on experience with ABAP reports, function modules, data dictionary objects, object-oriented programming, BADI implementations, actions, interfaces, proxies, and knowledge of business and technical master data.
