About the Role

This is a dynamic role that requires an experienced professional to provide technical support and services to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical medicine, biotechnology or pharmacy, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the IVD application area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer complaints and queries promptly, collaborating with sales and technical support specialists to troubleshoot issues, conducting correlation studies and validations, and providing customer training. They will also be required to visit clients regularly, gather feedback, and update the sales team on customer information.

Requirements:
