We are seeking a skilled professional to support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of RAN and transport equipment for various projects.

The role involves end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades (4G/5G), and ensuring seamless performance as per project standards.

  • Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes for various projects.
  • Work on AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  • Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per guidelines.

Strong expertise in network projects is required, with hands-on experience in AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration. A strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs is also necessary.

A successful candidate will have good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams, flexibility to work in shifts, nights, and weekends as required by the project, and strong troubleshooting skills with ability to perform log analysis and issue resolution.
