As Assistant Director of Quality Assurance Engineering, you'll spearhead the development of sophisticated automation frameworks, collaborate with remote development teams, and mentor QA team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and execute automated tests, leveraging 9+ years of experience in QA automation.
  • Develop advanced automation frameworks to elevate our testing capabilities and ensure seamless communication with remote teams.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members, sharing deep insights into automation best practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive QA approach and create capability for automated results to be reported to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Over 9 years of QA experience with a strong emphasis on automation.
  • Proven experience developing automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Expertise in collaborating with remote development teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Knowledge of web-based technology architecture, data structures, and RESTful APIs.
  • Database skills and the ability to manage test data effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Playwright using TypeScript or JavaScript.
  • Experience in API Automation Testing.
  • Experience in Performance Testing.
