Senior Business Leader - Oncology Solutions

This is a challenging role for a senior professional to lead and drive business growth in the oncology pharma sector. We are seeking an exceptional leader who can leverage their expertise in AI, MLOps, and Cloud engineering to deliver high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your experience in leading AI projects to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion in the oncology pharma sector.
  • Collaborate with cloud engineers, designers, and domain consultants daily to execute task and project deliverables.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and growth opportunities in the account.
  • Manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development.
  • Participate in daily account calls, representing the AI team and contributing to strategic discussions.
  • Drive proposal development and client presentations using the latest technologies and actively contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years proven track record of success in leading AI projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including delivery oversight and resource management.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
