Senior Business Intelligence Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading advanced analytics initiatives focused on predictive and demand forecasting, market mix modeling (MMM), and business insights.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in analytics roles, preferably within FMCG, Pharma, or Retail industries. You will leverage historic sales data across geographies to build accurate sales prediction models for the current financial year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced analytics initiatives to drive business growth and improve decision-making.
- Leverage data engineering skills to prepare, transform, and manage data for analysis.
- Develop and implement statistical models to predict demand and optimize business outcomes.
- Present complex data insights to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong foundation in data preparation, transformation, and management.
- Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, demand forecasting, and MMM.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
