  • Provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Data Management
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes.
  • Train team members on BI tools and data interpretation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
