Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an individual to lead high-impact IP research projects and manage a team of professionals.

  • Oversee complex patent projects – Invalidation, FTO, Patentability searches
  • Conduct technology landscapes, white space analysis & competitor monitoring
  • Deliver insight-driven patent reports supporting strategic business decisions
  • Collaborate with clients to define scope & align on objectives
  • Evaluate patent portfolios for legal, technical & commercial insights
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals for quality & productivity
  • Drive client engagement and support business development opportunities

Key Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in patent research & analytics
  • Prior experience managing a team of members
  • Hands-on experience handling client calls independently
  • Proficiency in patent search tools (e.g. Derwent Innovation), MS Office
  • Strong analytical mindset, scientific aptitude & communication skills
  • BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Electronics / Electrical / Industrial Production

This is a challenging role that requires a blend of technical expertise, client-facing skills, and people management to deliver strategic patent insights and support decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patent research and analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
