Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level legal professional to join our Corporate Counsel team, with a primary focus on real estate and property law.

The role involves end-to-end management of property transactions and conveyancing, including drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and compliance.

This position requires strong exposure to real estate, property law, and conveyancing.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience drafting and negotiating leave & license agreements, lease deeds, and sale transactions.

A working knowledge of RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations is also required.

This role will involve handling property registrations, title verification, stamp duty, and due diligence processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with government authorities and external counsel effectively.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.

Proficiency in maintaining legal trackers, records, and documentation is also required.

A willingness to contribute to other legal workstreams beyond property/conveyance when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An LLB degree with 4–10 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong exposure to real estate, property law, and conveyancing.
  • Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating leave & license agreements, lease deeds, and sale transactions.
  • Working knowledge of RERA, municipal, and development authority regulations.
  • Experience handling property registrations, title verification, stamp duty, and due diligence processes.
  • Ability to liaise with government authorities and external counsel effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in maintaining legal trackers, records, and documentation.
  • Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
