Software Engineering Opportunity

The role of software engineering is to design and develop scalable distributed software that integrates with other layers and offerings. As a software engineer, you will provide deeper functionality and solutions to address customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing solutions in specific domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, Networking Solutions, and more.
  • Leading the deployment and adoption of AIOps for proactive issue resolution and predictive analytics.
  • Innovating in IT operations using advanced AIOps tools.
  • Driving technical onboarding and resolving issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in software engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of AIOps platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible automation, scripting (Python, Shell), and orchestration tools.
  • Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of IT operations, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Experience implementing SRE practices in complex environments.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IT security standards and regulations.
