Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to lead our team in the development of cutting-edge Java microservices. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting the capabilities of our large-scale enterprise-level platform.

You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and product leaders to create scalable microservices that deliver high performance, high availability, interoperability, and reliability. Your expertise in Java 17-21, Data structure, Algorithm, Collections, Multithreading, and Spring Framework will be invaluable in this role.

As a seasoned software engineer, you will contribute designs and technical proof of concepts, adhere to standards and guidance from architecture team members, and participate in creating epics and stories with Senior engineers and Product Management. You will also serve as a source of technical expertise, mentor junior engineers, and raise quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable microservices
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Expertise in Java 17-21, Data structure, Algorithm, Collections, Multithreading
  • Strong understanding of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Cloud Stream
  • Experience with gRPC services, Event-driven architecture, and messaging systems (Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ)
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud provisioning (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD tools (GIT, Maven, Gradle)
