As a seasoned cloud administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's cloud infrastructure.

  • You will have hands-on experience with complete OCI Administration, including strong understanding of Tenancy, VCN, Compartments, Network Layers, handling firewalls, subnet, storage options, FSS, Block Volume, Object storage.
  • Our ideal candidate will have expertise in OCI infra-administration, including Install, configure, migrations, tuning, patching, administration & monitoring.
  • A solid understanding of Terraform scripts is required for application deployments on OCI and for managing OCI Infrastructure.
  • You should have hands-on experience with performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required and ensure high availability of infrastructure.
  • A strong background in OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities is necessary. Configure/add new services as necessary.
  • You should have experience with Network Security Groups, Bastion Hosts as a Service Sessions, and Public Load Balancer provisioning.
  • A comprehensive understanding of provisioning storage, compute nodes, network and understanding requirements for the same is required.
  • You should have experience with IaaS solutions: virtual machines/networks, on-premise/hybrid cloud computing, cloud identity, security models, cloud monitoring, logging, local and cloud storage.
  • Experience in Handling Certificate renewals on OCI is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of HA architecture in an OCI environment is essential.
  • You should have knowledge of HA concepts in DR and setting up on Infrastructure for DR Site.
  • Migration experience and the use of migration tools are mandatory.
  • A good understanding of performance management and Cost optimization is also necessary.
  • You will analyze solution designs that accompany business requirements for technical delivery.
  • Assist in design decisions, develop and implement cloud solutions.
  • Exposure to using code repository like GIT is required.
  • Multicloud exposure is highly desirable.

Credentials:

  • Certified OCI Architect Associate/Professional (Mandatory)
  • Certified OCI Migration and Integration Specialist (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Security Associate/Professional (Preferred)
  • Certified OCI Cloud Operations Associate (Preferred)

Work Experience: 4-10 years
