The ideal candidate will manage Azure resources, Office 365 services, and related tools to ensure high availability, security, and performance across the organization. This role will work closely with IT teams to support cloud-based services and drive continuous improvement in cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure Cloud Management:
- Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and other Azure services.
- Office 365 Administration:
- Manage and support Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Security & Compliance:
- Implement security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention (DLP), and access controls.
- Automation & Optimization:
- Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell) for automated cloud and Office 365 administration tasks.
- Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery:
- Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery plans for critical cloud services.
- Documentation & Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience: with Azure cloud services, Office 365 administration, and related Microsoft tools.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding: of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity: with identity management and access controls within Azure and Office 365.
