This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and relationship-building abilities. Ideal candidates will have a passion for networking, research, and community engagement in the B2B events space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate Acquisition: Identify, research, and engage senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains. Drive registrations for international conferences and forums, maintaining high-quality communication via email and calls.
- Speaker Acquisition: Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas. Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers. Coordinate with content teams to align speaker profiles with session topics.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events. Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
- Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
- Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
