  • Speaker Acquisition: Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas. Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers. Coordinate with content teams to align speaker profiles with session topics.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events. Act as the point of contact for confirmed delegates and speakers, ensuring a seamless pre-event experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior-level executives.
  • Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential attendees and speakers.
  • Familiarity with outreach strategies (email, calling).
