Event Strategist

  • Develop and execute event strategies that meet client objectives.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling event concepts and experiential campaigns.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage timelines and deadlines efficiently.
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure adherence to financial plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and growth of existing accounts.
  • Event Concept Development: Develop decks, mood boards, and strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Presentation and Pitching: Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure invoicing, vendor registration, payment terms, and other financial aspects are aligned.
