Content Operations Manager

Job OverviewThe Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of operators who perform technical QC and ingest content into our platforms. The aim is to ensure that the content meets high standards by employing thorough and sophisticated quality testing programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise a team of operators, ensuring they are adequately utilized and productive.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality procedures, ensuring alignment with SOPs and IT security standards.
- Workflow Optimization: Identify areas for improvement, analyze error trends, and provide corrective/preventive actions.
- Employee Development: Coach and mentor employees, provide feedback, and support their growth.
- Resource Management: Ensure resources are available to meet production requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track operator performance metrics, maintain error logs, and collaborate with clients on workflow design adoption.
- Communication: Effectively communicate progress, concerns, and successes to stakeholders.
Requirements include strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and experience in quality control and team management.
