Job Description

The role of Chief of Staff to a Centre of Excellence Head is a unique opportunity to leverage strategic planning and project management skills in a dynamic setting.

This full-time, hybrid contract position will be based in Bengaluru and involve coordinating between internal business units, streamlining processes, and providing executive support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, curation, editing, and content management, as well as operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs across web, app, email, and social platforms.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Implement Agile workflows for content operations and enforce editorial quality standards through style guides, QA checklists, and compliance reviews.
  • Oversee vendor and freelancer management, ensuring service level agreements and cost efficiency.
  • Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential - Strategic Planning and Project Management expertise.
  • Essential - Strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management.
  • Operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal and vendor communications.
  • Coordination and Process Streamlining abilities.
  • Executive Support and Report Preparation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Preferable - A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences.
