Job Summary
BrandMuscle is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting our online website platform, customizing content for local channel partner sites, and collaborating with US managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our online website platform to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Assist in customizing content for local channel partner sites to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with US managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations.
  • Facilitate troubleshooting issues and provide solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of optimized landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage process flows in our software platform to organize workflow and manage time effectively.
  • Assist in managing client location data, partnering with third-party vendors to add and edit data.
  • Perform audits of our platform to ensure accuracy and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Work collaboratively across teams and departments to ensure deliverable dates are met.
  • Upload content, schedule posts, maintain enrollment trackers, and assist with reporting for the social media team.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding and successful execution of marketing tactics.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
