About the Role

HireBloc is seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community to maintain a positive brand image.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage our social media profiles and presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Create and curate engaging content for regularly scheduled posts, ensuring our audience is educated, entertained, and enlightened.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure social media and marketing strategies are aligned and effective.
  • Analyze and report social media metrics on a regular basis, identifying successes and new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends to ensure our online presence remains competitive.
  • Interact with our online community, responding to inquiries and developing relationships to foster a positive brand image.
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach our target audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Monitor and improve our overall online presence, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all social media platforms.
  • Create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, tracking results and analyzing their effectiveness to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics to ensure our online content is optimized for maximum visibility.
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research to develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with our marketing team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for the social media landscape and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Ability to deliver creative content, including text, image, and video, to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and best practices to ensure our social media strategy is aligned with our overall marketing goals.
