Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to join our sales team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have experience in project sales, preferably in kitchens, furniture, or building materials in India, and a strong understanding of key account management and project sales dynamics.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute project sales strategies to achieve sales targets, margins, and project-based objectives.
  • Client Management: Manage and build relationships with key accounts and partners, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Project Sales Cycle Coordination: Collaborate closely with distributors and coordinate with the Nolte Middle East office to ensure efficient project sales cycles.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in management, commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in kitchens, furniture, or building materials in India.
  • Skills: Proven success in sales within a multinational environment, proficient in MS Office applications, and familiar with sales ERP tools.
