Coordinate the connection between various internal functions and stakeholders to ensure a smooth Order Lifecycle Process. Track and optimize the timely completion of Order Obligations to improve collections and reduce DSO. Act as a champion for continuous process improvisation, coordinating between internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Create standard work procedures around Pre-inspection Report (PIR), site readiness, and related coordination with customers and internal teams to facilitate smoother execution and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance commercial productivity by streamlining internal processes and removing Muda (waste) from the Sales Process. Requirements: Proven experience in project management, specifically in managing the Order Lifecycle Process. Strong knowledge of business processes, particularly in the area of Order to Cash. Excellent coordination and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders. Ability to track and optimize the timely completion of tasks and obligations. Experience in continuous process improvement and implementing best practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
