Our organization seeks a professional with expertise in Human Resources to fill the role of HR Executive.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing position closure, negotiation, and offer generation.
- They will also coordinate with site managers on joining and exit formalities for employees at various sites.
- In addition, they will work closely with third-party vendors to facilitate the joining, exit, attendance, and monthly payment processing of third-party employees.

- Prepare MIS reports weekly and monthly
- Sourcing candidates through online advertisements, HR networks, and recruitment agencies
- Screening candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews, and coordinating personal interviews with concerned departments and background verification
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, salary negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork skills
