Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to join our team as a Senior Data Analyst. This role combines technical expertise with project management and client-facing responsibilities in the pharmaceutical data space.This is a senior-level position requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in an international matrix environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data aggregation projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer requirements.
  • Develop data management and reporting systems, leveraging advanced Excel proficiency and Python coding skills.
  • Work with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data, applying HIPAA-compliant data management principles.
  • Provide exceptional client relationship management and communication, facilitating collaboration between US-based teams and clients.
  • Promote team leadership and mentoring, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Coordinate project finances and deliverables, ensuring accurate forecasting and seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in patient and/or payer data management solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex data projects, with expertise in commercial life sciences datasets and EDI data integration.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and macros.
  • Strong Python coding skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word) proficiency.
  • Experience with specialty distributor EDI data (852, 867) and knowledge of commercial life sciences datasets.
Management & Soft Skills
  • Strong project management capabilities, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), with ability to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an international matrix environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
