Senior DFT Design Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Fault Tolerant engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the development and improvement of industry-leading technologies.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation, encourages technical growth, and fosters continuous learning. Our team's expertise in digital design and fault tolerant techniques will provide you with a platform to grow professionally and develop cutting-edge skills.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement digital fault tolerant features such as scan insertion, MBIST, LBIST, and JTAG.
  • Support the debugging and coverage correlation process using Spyglass-DFT.
  • Develop ATPG patterns for verification with gate-level simulation.
  • Analyze test coverage and test cost reduction methods.
  • Provide post-silicon support to ensure successful product bring-up and yield enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scan-stitching concepts and Tessent flow implementation.
  • Knowledge of MBIST/BISR and automation scripts like TCL/AWK/SED.
  • Familiarity with Spyglass-DFT and JTAG basics.
  • Post-silicon bring-up experience.
