A Senior Java Developer position is available for a Full-time role at our office.

The candidate should have approximately 5 – 7 years of experience with deep expertise in Spring Boot and a strong background in product development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, fault-tolerant system design, Docker, and service orchestration using Netflix Conductor or Conductor OSS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure high availability and resilience by building fault-tolerant services.
  • Containerize applications using Docker for local development and production deployments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services.


Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proven experience in product development (not just project execution).
  • Deep experience with Spring Security and Keycloak integration.
  • Solid knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL Databases.
  • Demonstrated experience in building fault-tolerant, scalable systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS customization.
  • Practical experience with Docker for containerization.
