Technical Lead for Java Applications

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the development of cutting-edge software applications using Java. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, efficient, and secure software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software applications using Java 8 or higher.
  • Lead the development process, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop strong programming skills in Core JAVA / J2EE at expert level.
  • Familiarize with SQL/NO-SQL databases and utilize them effectively.
  • Utilize GIT and CI/CD tools like Jenkins without direction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end development using Java.
  • 2+ years of experience in Spring Boot and Microservices.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with any relational database.
  • Understanding of testing concepts and methodologies.
