Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement event-driven systems leveraging message brokers and asynchronous communication.
- Ensure high availability and resilience by building fault-tolerant services.
- Customize and manage orchestration flows using Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS.
- Containerize applications using Docker for local development and production deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps, frontend and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize performance, scalability and reliability of backend services.
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience in product development (not just project execution).
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems.
- Deep experience with Spring Security and Keycloak integration.
- Solid knowledge of Relational Databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL Databases.
- Demonstrated experience in building fault-tolerant, scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS customization.
- Good understanding of microservice orchestration patterns.
- Practical experience with Docker for containerization.
