RF Systems Specialist

Expertise in RF System Integration is crucial for the development of cutting-edge technology. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for integrating, testing, and validating complex RF systems and subsystems to ensure optimal performance across a wide range of frequencies and environments.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering and have experience with RF system integration, RF hardware development, or related engineering roles. Familiarity with RF test equipment, such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers, is also essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing test plans for RF system integration
- Collaborating with design, PCB layout, and mechanical teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications
- Validating system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools, such as CST and HFSS
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in RF system integration
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of active and passive RF devices, cables, and connectors is also required.
Awareness of EMI/EMC principles and their impact on RF systems is essential for this position. Additionally, experience with MATLAB and other programming languages is a plus.
