RF System Integration Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RF System Integration Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating, testing, and validating complex RF systems and subsystems, ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of frequencies and environments.
Key Skills Required:
- Integrate RF systems and subsystems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors.
- Develop test plans and perform RF testing and validation (e.g., S-parameters, power, gain, noise figure, VSWR).
- Analyze system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues at system and component levels; recommend and implement design or process improvements.
- Collaborate with design, PCB layout, and mechanical teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications.
- Support lab setup, instrumentation calibration, and documentation for RF test environments.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge in RF systems integration, RF hardware development, or related engineering roles.
- Solid understanding of RF concepts, including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation.
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters).
- Awareness of RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB.
- Strong knowledge of active & passive RF devices, cables, and connectors.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC and their effect on RF systems.
