Senior RF Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled RF systems integration professional to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integrating, testing, and validating complex RF systems and subsystems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, integrate, and test RF systems and subsystems, including antennas, transmitters, receivers, filters, amplifiers, and signal processors.
- Develop and execute test plans for RF systems and subsystems, ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of frequencies and environments.
- Analyze system performance using RF simulation and analysis tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues at system and component levels, recommending design or process improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RF performance meets specifications.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of RF concepts, including impedance matching, modulation, filtering, and signal propagation.
- Hands-on experience with RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and power meters.
- Awareness of RF simulation tools, such as CST, HFSS, or MATLAB.
- Knowledge of active and passive RF devices, cables, and connectors.
- Understanding of EMI/EMC and their effect on RF systems.
