    2coms is seeking a skilled Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our automobile products to customers.
  • About the Role

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Automobile Sales Executive who can work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Key Responsibilities

    As an Automobile Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Presentable appearance and attitude
  • Lead management - generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries
  • Inquiries are to be entered in the tab with complete details of the customer
  • Demonstrating the Scooter
  • Carry out Test rides and convert to final sale
  • Addressing customer queries related to Scooter specifications, Delivery time, Scooter Pricing, Finance options, etc.
  • Requirements

    Requirements for this role include:
  • Knows driving and have DL
  • Good communication skills

    The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to 2.4 LPA, plus TA and Incentives.
  • Experience

    Experience in automobile sales is preferred, with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in the field.
  • Qualification

    A 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma in any field is required for this role.
  • Preferred Skills

    Experience in sales, particularly in the automobile industry, is preferred. Knowledge of driving and having a valid DL is also required.
  • Working Hours

    This role requires a full-time commitment with immediate - 10 days notice period.
  • Preferred Qualifications

    A Sales Expertise in Automobile - worked in 2W or 4W Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking is preferred.
  • Key Performance Indicators

    The successful candidate will be measured on the following Key Performance Indicators:
  • Percentage of TR completion from scheduled TR
  • Percentage of Sales conversion from Completed TR
  • Process adherence, No deviation from the Processes or SOPs
  • Good at giving Customer Experience and No Negative Feedback from Customers
  • CX rating
