**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Design Executive to lead our engineering design organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in designing and delivering complex engineering projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve design efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Extensive experience in mechanical or aeronautical engineering
  • Familiarity with Airbus/OEM programs and methodologies
  • Knowledge of metallic and composite materials, fuselage, wing, empennage, and control surface design
  • Understanding of aerospace stress activities, ATA chapters, and technical measures
  • Proficiency in aerospace-related software and PDMs
