Job Title: Mass Retail Distribution Head

Description:

  • Develop a comprehensive distribution strategy to drive growth, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Achieve target gross and net acquisition for the distribution channel, maintaining market leadership through revenue growth and increased market share.
  • Formulate a robust distribution strategy to enhance trade advocacy and expand geographical footprint.
  • Create mechanisms for gathering competition intelligence-based insights to protect subscriber base and increase revenue share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to overall circle sales strategy to optimize profitability of the distribution channel.
  • Set targets for the distribution channel, covering business and distribution KPIs.
  • Evaluate distribution coverage, penetration, and performance to inform channel expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Heads to plan new product launches in the distribution channel.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry.
  • Proven track record in leading multi-geography teams and implementing distribution planning and channel strategies.
  • Ability to manage complex channels with numerous partners of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Strong influencing, analytical, and commercial skills, with effective relationship management and matrix-organization expertise.
