Key Position Description:

The Solution Architect role is pivotal to the successful delivery of our business solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from requirement gathering to technical deployment.

This position requires strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas in a clear and concise manner. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business requirements and be able to create innovative solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

The responsibilities of this role include defining scope, designing solutions, engaging with customers to secure agreements, and preparing technical presentations and proposals. Additionally, the Solution Architect will lead technical risk analysis, manage internal and external stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and lead delivery teams.

We require the selected candidate to have 8-14 years of telecom or IT experience in solution architecture, with expertise in OSS/BSS solutions, agile and waterfall methodologies, and software architecture, application design, development, and implementation using various technologies. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python is essential, along with skills in application platforms, messaging brokers, security, data formats, and frameworks.

The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate familiarity with tools like Git, Maven, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, JMeter, JIRA, UML, and Microsoft Visio. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also necessary for success in this role.
