Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Specialist to design and implement supply chain planning solutions for our clients using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro).

Your Role:

  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source systems.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.
  • Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher certifications are desirable.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication of complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing.

Prioritized Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are an asset.

About This Position:

This role involves remote work with occasional business travel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
