Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions. With over 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, this ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud and have successfully led at least three full-cycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations across multiple modules including Inventory, Product Data Hub, Purchasing, Order Orchestration, Manufacturing and Costing, and Supply and Demand Planning.
  • Gathering requirements, designing solutions, and aligning best-in-class solutions.
  • Configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • Conducting workshops, solution demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
  • Promoting presales initiatives including solutioning, client presentations, RFI/RFQ responses, and demonstrations.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SCM Cloud offerings during customer discussions.
  • Preparing functional documentation.
  • Executing system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of total SCM experience with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
  • Three to four full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementations as a lead or principal consultant.
  • Deep knowledge of Inventory Management, Product Data Hub, Purchasing, Order Management and Orchestration, Manufacturing and Costing, and Supply Planning and Demand Planning.
  • A strong understanding of business processes across Supply Chain domains.
  • Proven presales experience, excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion SCM certifications.
  • Global team experience and exposure to Oracle PaaS Extensions for SCM.
