Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing and Financial Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. This key role is responsible for preparing and presenting accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies, and analyzing cost structures to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control plant expenditures to ensure efficiency and optimization.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Implement Cost Control Measures: Develop and implement cost control measures to track performance against cost targets.
  • Export Pricing: Maintain export pricing masters and gross margin variance analysis.
  • Procurement Price Analysis: Conduct procurement price analysis and batch costing.
  • Yield and Capacity Reports: Prepare yield reports of the factory and TPU, as well as capacity utilization reports.
  • Material Procurement: Manage material procurement and processing.
  • Production Order Review: Review production orders posted at various locations.
  • Inventory Valuation: Perform inventory valuation according to procedure and conduct periodical factory and warehouse inventory audits.
  • Slow-Moving Inventory Analysis: Analyze slow-moving inventory and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements, and conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
