Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for establishing robust costing systems, project margin tracking, and financial reporting frameworks.

About the Role

This is a foundational finance role that supports leadership in pricing, profitability analysis, and ERP readiness. You will work across diverse verticals to help build and maintain job-wise and vertical-wise cost sheets, track material, labor, transport, and overheads per project, and allocate shared costs across business verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost accounting principles to support business decision-making
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to validate cost data and ensure accuracy
  • Suggest cost-saving initiatives and implement process improvements
  • Prepare detailed reports on project costs and financial performance

Qualifications

  • CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) certification preferred
  • 3–6 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in infra, construction, or rentals
  • ERP exposure is a plus

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Excel and cost reporting tools
