Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Costing Specialist to manage the financial aspects of large, complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Use Revit and AutoCAD software for planning and estimation purposes
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to analyze costs and ensure project profitability
  • Conduct site visits to understand challenges and validate costs
  • Track project progress and maintain updated pricing information
  • Develop and implement best practices to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in project costing or estimation (construction industry preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Revit/AutoCAD software
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel as needed
