Senior Entity Manager

About the Role

The Senior Entity Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing entity management, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Entity Management: Set up and maintain entities for alternative investments, including Luxembourg entities in Diligent platform.
  2. Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations and validations between platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  3. Fund Operations & Structure Management: Execute fund structure setup for alternative book of business and organize legal entity documentation.
  4. Process Improvement & Documentation: Develop workflow diagrams, lead process reengineering initiatives, and create standard operating procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform.
  • Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms).
  • Advanced Excel skills and database management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
