Senior Researcher Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Researcher to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing entities, administering platforms, and ensuring data integrity.

The successful applicant will possess advanced knowledge of legal entity structures, corporate governance, and alternative investment fund structures. They will also have expertise in database management, Excel skills, and proficiency in Diligent Entities platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Entity Management & Platform Administration: Set up and maintain all entities for Alternatives business, including Luxembourg (Lux) entities in Diligent platform.
  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Fund Operations & Structure Management: Execute fund structure setup for Alternatives book of business.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform.
  • Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms).
  • Advanced Excel skills and database management experience.
