Job Title: Entity Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Entity Operations Manager to oversee entity-level controllership, team development, and process re-engineering. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, with experience in legal entity controllership.

  • Review statutory financial statements and management accounts with variance analysis.
  • Validate US Federal Reserve entity-level reporting.
  • Oversee monthly reconciliations of accounts and balances.
  • Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, Company Secretarial, Legal, Compliance, and Product Controllers for entity activity.
  • Manage implementation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships (internal, external auditors, regional service providers).
  • Lead and mentor team members.
  • Contribute to re-engineering and standardization of processes.
  • Support entity set-up, ledger adaptation, and closure activities.
  • Participate in ongoing entity-specific initiatives and projects.
Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) degree with 3-8 years of relevant experience in Financial Accounting / Reporting.
  • Strong technical accounting skills with exposure to legal entity controllership.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships across senior levels.
