Senior Fund Operations Analyst

This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of fund operations, including entity management, data reconciliation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Entity Management & Data Integrity
    • Establish and maintain comprehensive reference data across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
    • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner, implementing quality control measures to prevent inconsistencies.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization
    • Develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
    • Lead process reengineering initiatives, starting with fund operations and expanding to other areas of the business.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex entity management issues.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, promoting effective communication and process improvements.
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fund administration, legal entity management, or financial services operations.
  • Experience with alternative investment structures (private equity, hedge funds, real estate, etc.).
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Diligent Entities platform.
  • Experience with fund administration systems (eFront, PE AUM Portal, or similar platforms).
  • Advanced Excel skills and database management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
