Role Summary

We are seeking a Market Registration Analyst with 4-5 years of experience to join our Investment Management Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and prioritizing market opening requirements and ensuring the timely submission and legalization of jurisdiction-specific documentation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of investment operations and global regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Market Opening & Documentation:

- Coordinate with investment teams and portfolio services to manage and prioritize market opening requirements.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and custodians to ensure the timely submission and legalization of jurisdiction-specific documentation.

- Manage documentation for sub-custodian transitions and market changes.

Compliance & Monitoring:

- Track market renewal cycles and initiate relevant fee payments (e.g., India, Indonesia, Egypt, Slovenia).

- Develop frameworks to monitor global regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to custodians.

- Handle KYC-related documentation requests from counterparties by working with legal, compliance, finance, and investment teams.

Operational Support:

- Support the operational setup of Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) post-market Skills:

- Strong understanding of investment operations and mutual fund structures.

- Experience coordinating with custodians, client relationship teams, compliance, legal, and investment stakeholders.

- Working knowledge of SEBI regulations and their practical implications in investment operations.

- Familiarity with global market registration, documentation, and legalization procedures.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in fund administration, SEBI compliance, and fund accounting is highly desirable.

Education & Experience

Education: A bachelor's and master's degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field).

Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
