Shop Floor Operations Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled Shop Floor Operations Expert to drive efficiency and productivity in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Implement Process Improvements: Develop and implement process improvements on the shop floor, driving efficiency and productivity through data analysis and recommendations.
  • Analyze Existing Manufacturing Workflows: Identify areas for process optimization and recommend best practices to improve overall shop floor operations, leveraging industry expertise and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to drive alignment on operational goals and ensure seamless execution, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Recommend Industry Best Practices: Apply industry expertise to enhance shop floor operations and drive business results, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Provide training and support to client staff on improved processes and tools, ensuring effective adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor Progress: Track and report progress to client stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing Operations Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing operations with hands-on exposure to production planning and shop floor processes, including process improvement and team leadership.
  • MBA Preferred: A degree from a reputable institution is preferred but not required, with a focus on business administration and management.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive impactful outcomes through data-driven decision making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
