Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our continuous improvement initiatives across the business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders and the Centre of Excellence to develop and implement a best-in-class continuous improvement strategy. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, developing solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Your expertise in process improvement methodologies and innovative thinking will enable you to make a significant impact on our business. You will also be responsible for coaching and facilitating teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and implement policy deployment within the business, cascading KPIs and KRAs at all business levels.
  • Additionally, you will conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department, ensuring ongoing learning and development of all employees in Lean improvement tools and communication methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
  • Able to manage cross-functional team members and coach them to achieve results.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing policy deployment within a business.
  • Familiarity with Lean improvement tools and communication methods.
