The role of Test Automation Lead is a critical component of our QA team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Our ideal candidate will develop comprehensive test plans and maintain automation test data to ensure thorough coverage of software features.
  • Automated Testing: We are seeking an experienced professional who can create and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are developed, executing them to identify defects and manage defect logs.
  • Test Environment Management: The successful candidate will ensure appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place and up-to-date, supporting the execution of automated tests.
  • Quality Assurance: This individual will identify and report questionable functions, performance concerns, and inconsistencies to product teams, contributing to the overall improvement of software quality.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation using object-oriented programming languages, experience building automation frameworks for web-based software and mobile platforms, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused.
