Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in QA engineering on agile-based teams, with excellent troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail.

This role requires refined English communication skills (verbal and written) as well as knowledge of end-to-end application software testing, especially for complex front-end applications.

The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Additionally, they will have strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 7 years in a QA engineer role on agile based teams.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.
  • Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills with a sharp attention to detail
  • Refined English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of end to end application software testing especially for complex front end application software.
  • Demonstrate ability to address tasks with holistic approach, understanding business and customer needs
  • Be a motivated self-starter that takes direction well, initiates tasks and is accountable
  • Have strong organizational, time management, prioritization and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare experience specifically in EMR with medical billing
  • Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS services, NodeJS, Typescript
  • Experience in QA automation using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., WebDriver.io, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
  • Proven experience in crafting SQL statements for RDBMs to query and manipulate data.
