Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Leader

The Senior Quality Assurance Leader will be responsible for the overall quality of applications, data, and development processes. This person will oversee the refinement of our software quality assurance practices, define key quality metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all system data and applications features meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish quality benchmarks, KPIs, and metrics to measure and enhance product quality.
  • Design and maintain robust QA processes, including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Promote Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices to integrate QA seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of QA experience with a strong background in application, data, and API testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies and automated testing tools (Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Playwright, Cucumber, TestRails, Selenium).
  • Strong understanding of web-based technology architecture and data structures.
  • Proficiency in database skills (SQL) and experience testing business solutions delivered on SaaS models.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
