Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our integration projects from planning to deployment and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage demand management and onboarding process for initiatives/projects requiring Digital Backbone integration.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Allocate project resources including team members, budget, and technology assets to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Implement agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Understand integration technologies such as APIs, events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, and SAP BTP IS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years leading delivery or project management role, specifically within Integration domain.
  • Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Architecture, data integration patterns, cloud-based integration services, and SAP BTP IS.
  • Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional team.
